The short version
- You own what you put on Entry. You let us host it and show it, publicly, to people and to software agents.
- Your Entry is public. Only publish what is yours to share and what you're happy for anyone to see.
- Entry Intelligence suggests, you decide. Nothing it finds goes on your page until you accept it.
- Free stays free. Pro renews until you cancel, and you can cancel any time in Settings.
- Irish law applies, and you keep the consumer rights your own country gives you.

About these terms
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and Neuralspark Limited, a company registered in Ireland with its office in Dublin (“Neuralspark”, “we”, “us”). Neuralspark makes Entry: the website at entry.fyi, the profile pages we host, the custom domains connected to them, and the machine-readable versions of those pages (together, “Entry”).
By creating an account or using Entry, you accept these Terms. If you use Entry for a company or another organisation, you accept them on its behalf and confirm that you’re allowed to.
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we handle personal data and cookies.
Your account
You must be at least 16 to create an account. Give us accurate details and keep your password to yourself. You’re responsible for what happens under your account, so tell us straight away at hello@entry.fyi if you think someone else has used it.
An account can hold more than one Entry, within the limits of its plan.
Your Entry address
When you claim an address such as entry.fyi/yourname, it’s yours to use for as long as your account is in good standing. An address isn’t property: it can’t be sold, or transferred outside Entry.
We may reclaim or change an address that impersonates someone, infringes a trademark, misleads people about who is behind it, or that we need for Entry itself. Where we can, we’ll tell you first and help you choose another.
Your content
“Your content” is everything you add to Entry: your name, photos, bio, links, work, projects and anything else, including suggestions from Entry Intelligence once you accept them. You keep ownership of it.
So that we can run Entry, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, format, display and distribute your content in the ways you choose in Entry: on your page, on your custom domain, in share images, in search results, and in the structured versions of your page that software agents read. The licence ends when you remove the content or close your account, apart from backup copies kept for the limited time our Privacy Policy describes.
Published pages are public. Anyone can see them, and search engines and AI agents can read and index them. Once something is public, others may copy it, and we can’t recall those copies. On Pro you can ask search engines not to index your page; most respect that, but not every crawler does.
You promise that you have the right to publish your content, and that it doesn’t break the law or anyone else’s rights. That includes photos of other people and details about them.
Entry Intelligence
Entry Intelligence reads the sources you give it, such as your website, a GitHub profile or a public X profile, and suggests updates to your Entry. It uses automated tools, including AI models. Only add sources that are yours or that you’re allowed to use.
Suggestions can be wrong, out of date or incomplete. Nothing is added to your Entry until you accept it, and you’re responsible for what you accept and publish. Each plan limits how many sources and scans you get; the limits are on the pricing page.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Entry to:
- impersonate a person or organisation, or mislead people about who you are;
- publish anything illegal, hateful or harassing, sexually explicit material, or anything that exploits children;
- publish other people’s personal data without the right to;
- infringe copyright, trademarks or other rights;
- spread or link to malware, phishing or spam;
- scrape Entry at scale, overload it, probe or get around its security or plan limits, other than through features we provide for that;
- resell Entry, or access to it, without our written agreement.
We may remove content or restrict features that break these rules.
Custom domains
On Pro you can connect a domain you own or control. You’re responsible for its registration, its DNS and paying for it; we set up HTTPS once it points to us. A custom domain only ever shows your Entry. If Pro ends, or the domain stops pointing to us, it stops showing your Entry, and your entry.fyi address keeps working.
Plans and payment
Entry has a Free plan and a paid Pro plan. What each includes, and what Pro costs, is on the pricing page.
Pro is a subscription, paid monthly or yearly in advance through our payment provider, Stripe. It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Checkout shows the total you’ll pay, including any VAT or sales tax that applies.
You can cancel any time in Settings → Billing. Pro then continues until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and your Entry moves to Free. It stays online at its entry.fyi address; the Pro features, like a custom domain, stop.
If we change the price of Pro, we’ll tell you at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal, so you can cancel first. If a payment fails, we may pause Pro features until it’s settled.
Your right to cancel. If you live in the EU or the UK and subscribe as a consumer, you can cancel within 14 days of first subscribing to Pro and get a full refund: email hello@entry.fyi. Other payments aren’t refundable, except where the law says otherwise.
Our rights
Entry’s software, design and themes, and the Entry name and logo, belong to Neuralspark or the people we license them from. These Terms don’t give you any right to them beyond using Entry as intended. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without owing you anything.
Other services
Entry links to and reads from services we don’t run, like GitHub, X or your own website, and works with providers such as Stripe and Google for payment and sign-in. Their own terms apply when you use them, and we aren’t responsible for them.
Suspension and closing your account
You can stop using Entry at any time. To close your account and delete its data, email hello@entry.fyi from the address you signed up with.
We may suspend or close an account, or unpublish a page, if its owner seriously or repeatedly breaks these Terms, if the law requires it, or to protect people or Entry from harm. We’ll tell you why unless the law or someone’s safety prevents it, and you can reply to dispute it.
If we ever stop offering Entry, we’ll give you at least 60 days’ notice and refund the unused part of any prepaid Pro period.
Entry is provided as is
We work hard to keep Entry available and correct, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. As far as the law allows, we don’t promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, or that suggestions will be accurate. Keep your own copy of anything important. None of this limits the rights you have as a consumer that a contract can’t take away.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn’t allow to be limited.
Otherwise, as far as the law allows:
- we aren’t liable for loss that wasn’t reasonably foreseeable when you started using Entry;
- if you use Entry for business, we aren’t liable for lost profit, revenue, business or opportunity;
- our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to what you paid us in that time.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as Entry or the law changes. For changes that matter, we’ll tell you by email or in Entry at least 30 days before they take effect. If you don’t agree, you can close your account before then; carrying on using Entry after that date means you accept the new Terms.
Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction. If you’re a consumer living elsewhere in the EU or in the UK, you also keep the protection of your own country’s mandatory laws and can bring a claim in your local courts.
